Group value analysis
SmartGroup analyzes sleeping room value and rates, together with expected group ancillary revenues such as catering and meeting room rental, to measure a proposed group's likely value against the value of the non-group business forecasted to occupy the hotel over the same date range.
SmartGroup also retains a historical record of individual group value and group production by segment, allowing staff to see how well repeating groups fulfilled past commitments and how similar groups from the same segment performed.
SmartGroup automatically evaluates alternate dates and if appropriate, alternate properties and presents expected values as if the group could be moved to arrive on different dates and/or relocated to a different property.
