The Rainmaker LRO™ revenue managment system is not a plug-it-in-and-leave-it model. LRO system users have true ownership over the system decisions and the data driving them. The user interface is highly intuitive and easy for anyone to interpret with minimal training. In addition to having control over configurations and settings in the system, users have the ability to manipulate and quickly view the data behind the results generated from LRO. Nearly every element of the system (data tables, graphic displays, etc.) can be quickly exported to Excel, and all reports are rendered in Excel for easy data analysis. You can generate both scheduled and ad-hoc reports which are pre-built in the system, but allow customizable parameters.
Market information is gathered and updated by associates that interact directly with prospects.
The LRO system uses market survey information only when availability is high, and traffic and leasing velocity is low. LRO allows you to select your competitors and gives visibility into competitive rent trends. Based on the preferences of each customer, competitor data can be provided through “independent” third party data providers, or updated weekly by on-site associates. Market knowledge benefits the on-site teams from a sales perspective and provides them with up-to-date information which is helpful during pricing calls.
