For an accurate assessment of pricing tolerance in a given market, demand must be considered using all customer visits, even if a unit is not leased. This provides a forecast of unconstrained demand, which is an estimate of your property’s true demand while accounting for historical price and availability constraints.

LRO uses your historical data and continually gathers statistical data on each community.

During implementation, all available data is extracted from the Property Management System, providing the LRO Revenue Management System with historical data for each community. The extraction process continues on a daily basis allowing LRO to gather transactional data in the form of traffic, leases, notices, move-ins, move-outs, etc., entered on-site each day.
