Rainmaker was co-founded in 1998 by Bruce Barfield and Tammy Farley – each bringing to the table 20+ years of experience in revenue optimization and the successful deployment of revenue management solutions internationally.
Over the years, Rainmaker's principals (Bruce and Tammy) have attained a solid customer base and continue to deliver software that provides huge value and quantifiable returns for customers. They did this by building a strong internal management team that shares their passion for creating and nurturing customer relationships, as well as their drive to continually develop products that serve customer needs. Rainmaker has a seasoned and very experienced team who acutely understands revenue management software and the industries served.
In 2011, following an extended period of extraordinary growth for the company, Bruce and Tammy welcomed Jack Alexander as Vice Chairman. Jack oversees strategic markets, partners and products, and is helping guide the company toward the best opportunities for future growth initiatives. He previously served as CEO of NextLevel Strategies, a private equity and strategic business consulting firm; he was co-founder and 15-year CEO of BCD Travel, one of the top travel management firms in the world; and he co-founded TRX, a transaction processing company, where he served as Chairman for 12 years.
Rainmaker and its entire team throughout the company is deeply committed to serving customers and supporting the advancement of the gaming/hospitality and multifamily housing industries.
